constitutional amendment will be presented at the Annual General Meeting scheduled for Tuesday, November 23, 2021 , 7:00 pm at the Army, Navy & Air Force Veterans Unit 261 Inc., 151 Lorne Avenue East in Stratford.
The amendment describes the three positions of Trail Map Coordinator, Land Owners Relation Officer and Membership Secretary.
As per constitutional requirement, any amendment must be circulated to the club members in advance of the AGM. This amendment, once approved by simply majority vote, will be adapted into the constitution.
