During the summer of 2020, our dedicated and talented construction crew built and installed the Bamberg Bridge over the Bamberg Creek. The Sandhills Side Trail has been incorporated into the main trail allowing hikers to avoid road hiking on Sandhills Road. Where: Allman Arena north parking lot off Lakeside Drive at Morenz Drive. Details: Leave 9:00 am SHARP.  No CARPOOLING. You must drive yourself or with someone in your bubble. MESSAGE FROM AVON TRAIL BOARD FEBRUARY 2021

Greetings to Members of the Avon Trail!  Board members are cautiously making plans for 2021 once pandemic conditions improve. Our Hike Schedule will be revisited in early March.
