Meet Up Location: Allman Arena north parking lot off Lakeside Drive at Morenz Dr

Departure Time is 9:00 am Sharp.  Please arrive early to receive instructions and directions.

Terrain: varies from easy to strenuous.

Pace: Medium – 3 – 4 km per hour

Details:  We will be hiking the Nith River Loop.  I believe this is 6+ kms.  Bring plenty of water.  We will be parking on Berletts Rd.  Coffee time follows.
