DATE AND TIME: Thursday, January 11, 2024, 9:30 am to 1:30 pm
Distance: 17 km
Pace: Brisk. 4-5 kph
Terrain: Easy (the distance and pace are the challenge)
Duration: 4.5 hours including short water and nutrition breaks.
Meeting: At the Trail Head. Park on the 11th Line, just north of Hwy 2, west of Woodstock. Please, do NOT park on Hwy 2. We are in a parking lot off 11th Line, just north from Hwy 2.

Hike Route Overview:
We will start with the River Trail, at the Standard Tube Burgess Park, followed by the trail on the south side of the Reservoir (Roth Park). This will be an out & back hike.
Recommendations: Rain, snow or shine. Pack lots of water & nutrition. Wear appropriate comfortable hiking shoes or boots with good tread. Dress according to the weather. Poles are optional.
