The Board approved an increase to the Marketing budget for some exciting new ventures including a parade banner, a tear-off map and a short promotional video.
Also approved is an initiative to contract with a Quebec developer, Ondago, to make the Avon Trail map available to mobile device users as an ‘app’ – a new way to make the trail accessible to the paper-less generation.
