The Coffee House Talks invites you to a talk on Wednesday, January 18, at 10:00 a.m. at Wilmot Recreation Complex.  Professor Lora Giangregorio from the University of Waterloo will speak about Healthy Aging through exercise.

Professor Giangregorio delivered this presentation at the complex in a Coffee House talk last Spring to a receptive audience.

In her area of research, Professor Giangregorio focuses on osteoporosis and reducing falls and bone fractures. Her team worked with Osteoporosis Canada to develop BoneFit, a two-day workshop for physiotherapists, and led the development of Too Fit to Fracture: Recommendations for Physical Activity for those with Osteoporosis.
