Meet Up Location: Allman Arena, north parking lot off Lakeside Drive at Morenz Drive

Departure Time is 9:00 am Sharp.  Please arrive early to receive instructions and directions.

Terrain: varies from easy to strenuous.

Pace: Medium – 3 – 4 km per hour

Details: Hike is approximately 1.5 hours, usually on the Avon Trail.  The hike leader or group determines the location of the hike.  Coffee time follows.
