Meet Up Location: Allman Arena north parking lot off Lakeside Drive at Morenz Dr

Departure Time is 9:00 am Sharp.  Please arrive early to receive instructions and directions.

Terrain: varies from easy to strenuous.

Pace: Medium – 3 – 4 km per hour

Details:   Today’s  ramble will be led by Rose. We will carpool to Berletts Rd and park immediately east of the Nith River bridge. We will walk in on the side trail to access the Nith Loop, approximately 6.5km. Please, remember to bring water to drink.  Coffee time follows.
