Meet Up Location: Allman Arena north parking lot off Lakeside Drive at Morenz Dr

Departure Time is 9:00 am Sharp.  Please arrive early to receive instructions and directions.

Terrain: varies from easy to strenuous.

Pace: Medium – 3 – 4 km per hour

Details: we will carpool to the Nith River, approximately 25 minutes. We will hike  the Nith River Loop section of the Avon Trail.  6.5 km, beginning on the Berletts Side Trail. Coffee following the hike.
