SUNDAY AUGUST 26,  1:30 PM:  ST. MARYS MEMORIAL FOREST DEDICATION SERVICE, WILDWOOD CONSERVATION AREA –   Each year the staff of Andrew Hodges Funeral Home in St. Marys and the Upper Thames River Conservation Authority together organize the planting of one maple tree representing all departed loved ones.   The Avon Trail made a donation for one spruce tree planted earlier in the  spring in memory of Tom Miller, Avon Trail member.   If you would like to attend  the service,  tell the Kiosk attendant and  Admission is waived.  You’ll be given directions to the location nearby.  The service is about 20 minutes.  You are free to enjoy the park for the remainder of the day following the service.
