DESCRIPTION:Saturday October 24: Wildwood Hike – 2 Options! \n Route Overview: both options follow a woodland trail of great natural appeal. The trail is well maintained and well-marked but can be moderately challenging in places. \nOption 1: For Hardy Hikers (rain or shine)\nBruce will lead a challenging full Wildwood Hike (as per WW Challenge) – a circuit around the lake.\nDistance 22km. Pace: Medium-fast. Terrain: moderate. Duration: approx. 6 ½ hours\nMeet at Wildwood Kiosk\, 3995 9th Line\, Perth South ON.\nTime: 8:45am. Depart at 9:00 am sharp. Return to kiosk by 3:30 pm.\nBring water\, snack\, and lunch. Wear appropriate footwear for trail hiking and dress in layers appropriate for weather.\n Social distancing will be observed. It is essential that you contact Bruce in advance if you plan to participate (limited spaces): brucedgraham@gmail.com \n Option 2: For the Slightly-Less-Hardy (may be postponed if weather is poor)\nMeg will lead the half-hike\, from the Kiosk to the bridge on 115.\n Distance: 8km.
