Drive/carpool to hike starting point. Our route takes us along the edge of crop land\, by abandoned gravel pit\, into a mature Carolinian woodlot abundant with wild flowers\, and along banks of Trout Creek\, a main tributary of Thames River. A Scavenger Hunt activity will focus on some of Nature’s wonders.
